The hotel chosen for this year’s Reunion is the Radisson Hotel Akron/Fairlawn, which is located at 200 Montrose Avenue in Akron, OH.

In order to make room reservations by phone, call 1 (330) 666 9300 before August 15th to guarantee our rate of $99/night (not including taxes) by mentioning that you are with the BBSN Family Reunion.

At the request of the Radisson, listed below are hotel policies:

  1. If you have a special need of any type, please inform the motel when making reservations. Such as, wheel chair accessible, floor height, or other handicap.
  2. Guests must be 21 years of age to check in. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times.
  3. The person signing and/or paying for the room is responsible for the condition of the room and the behavior of the people in the room.
  4. The credit card holder must be present at check-in. If credit card holder will not be present, you must complete a credit card authorization form prior to check in. Please advise the hotel if you need this form when making your reservation.
  5. There is a $50 refundable deposit due for all cash payment upon check in.
  6. There is a $300.00 recovery charge for smoking, in non-smoking rooms. Smoking rooms are available. Please request when making reservations.
  7. Reservations under contracted rates have 72 hours from the day of arrival to cancel without penalty. If canceled or having a no show after the 72 hour period, the guest will be charged the penalty fee of a one night stay $99 plus tax.
  8. Consumption of alcohol is restricted to the guest rooms. Open containers of alcohol are not permitted in any of the public areas, including the parking lot, hallways and stairwells. You may have alcoholic beverages in the restaurant that have been purchased from the hotel.
  9. Safety deposit boxes are provided at the front desk for items of value. The hotel is not responsible for items that are not kept in a safety deposit box.
  10. Quiet time is to be observed between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
  11. Room doors must be kept shut at all times.
  12. Complaints from other guests or violations of these rules will result in one verbal warning. Any additional complaints will result in expulsion from the property with no refund.
