Lexington is in the heart of Central Kentucky and is approximately 1 hour south of Cincinnati, OH; 1 hour east of Louisville, KY; 2 hours west of Ashland, KY; and 2 hours north of the Kentucky-Tennessee border. It is accessible by I-75 (runs North<->South), I-64 (runs East<->West), and Bluegrass Parkway (runs East<->West in Kentucky). There are about 5 exits for Lexington coming from I-75 or I-64 as the highways merge inside Fayette County (the county that Lexington resides in).

There are 2 exits that can be taken to reach the hotel with ease coming from I-75 or I-64: Newtown Pike and Paris Pike. For specific directions with exact mileage, you may want to use Rand McNally.

Directions from Cinncinnati/Northern Kentucky

- Travel on I-75 S for approximately 85 miles
- Continue on I-75 S/I-64 E
- Follow and/or print the directions for Paris Pike/North Broadway, if you wish to take Exit 113
- Else, follow and/or print the directions for Newtown Pike, if you wish to take Exit 115

Directions from Louisville, Kentucky

- Travel on I-64 E for approximately 70 miles
- Follow and/or print the directions for Newtown Pike, if you wish to take Exit 115
- Else, follow and/or print the directions for Paris Pike/North Broadway, if you wish to take Exit 113

Directions from Southern Kentucky/Tennessee

- Travel on I-75 N for approximately 105 miles

- Travel on I-64 W for approximately 130 miles

- From Elizabethtown, KY take Bluegrass Parkway East for aproximately 100 miles until you reach the Lexington, KY/Versailles Road Exit
- Go straight on US-60/Versailles Road
- Merge right onto US-60 BYP N/KY-4 N/New Circle Road North towards I-75/I-64
- Take Exit 7 (US-421/Leestown Rd) and turn right
- Continue for 2.2 miles on US-421/Leestown Road and follow until you reach 369 West Vine Street [corner of West Vine Street and North Broadway (the Lexington Downtown Hotel by Hilton (formerly Radisson Plaza Hotel))]
